Package: simpleid Version: 0.8.1-1 Severity: important This issue is tracked upstream:
http://simpleid.koinic.net/trac/ticket/109 and a patch is available there. It is fixed in upstream 0.8.2 Upstream bug details (copied): There are a number of related issues when SimpleID is used with PHP being hosted with SAPI (e.g. FastCGI): In simpleweb.inc.php, processing of $_SERVER['REQUEST_PATH'] in simpleweb.inc only works when PHP is run as an Apache module. Under SAPI, the base path and GET parameters may still be present. HTTP response codes must be returned using the Status header, rather than the HTTP/1.x header Bug severity for Debian: I've marked this important because it impacts the flexibility of the deployment. E.g. if a user could waste time trying to make it work with fastcgi before discovering the bug. In practice, the package depends on libapache2-mod-php5 but if that was changed as suggested in this bug: http://www.google.com/search?q=debian+687142 then more users would discover this issue. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
