I didn't change xmltex's configuration file, and IIRC, didn't refuse
updates of configuration files. But I installed it a long time ago,
so I don't remember everything. One problem is that configuration
file updates are disabled by default, and I may have chosen the
default answer by mistake during an upgrade.
