Package: menu-xdg Version: 0.2.1 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1
I just upgraded from menu-xdg 0.2.0, killall gnome-panel and now I don't have any entries in the GNOME applications menu. I see it appear, but then it flickers away. The other menus works fine. I had applied the workaround for version 0.2.0 that was in the Debian or Ubuntu BTS (sorry, I don't remember, it was a long time ago), this might have interacted badly with the fix. Removing ~/.local, purging this package, reinstalling then restarting gnome-panel seems to have fixed the issue. I don't know what part solved it, though. - -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.13-ck8 Locale: LANG=es_AR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=es_AR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) menu-xdg depends on no packages.
