Oh, bugger.

Yes, this is a problem with imlib11-dev; it shouldn't conflict with
gdk-imlib1-dev anymore, because gdk-imlib11-dev (from the same source
package) *provides* gdk-imlib1-dev.  This detail was probably overlooked
when gdk-imlib1 was being reintroduced.
