Please do this in the future.

Debian does not discard the binary packages from the maintainer upload
(arch=amd64 in your case), the buildd network just builds the binary
packages for the missing architectures (arm*, i386, ... and many more)
AFAICT Ubuntu does this differently, so please be careful when uploading
to Debian - only upload packages built in a Debian sid environment.
pbuilder chroots usually work fine, no matter what host system they are
running on. And dput (or whatever you use to upload) can be run anywhere
as well.

No need to do that, this was alredy fixed by a binNMU (i.e. a rebuild of
the "broken" amd64 binary packages).
