Package: live-config Version: 3.0.18-1 Severity: normal I want the live image to use the root user by default so I have configured "username=root" on the kernel command line.
But this breaks /lib/live/config/0040-sudo because it will try to create /home/root/.su-to-rootrc but /home/root doesn't exist. The script should probably be entirely disabled when username=root because it doesn't serve any purpose in that case. root already has root rights :) -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.7-trunk-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
