  No, no joke. Just wanted the detailed steps. There's no step saying
the server is made reachable again.

  Only if you're sending a patch with the fix after digging.
  Otherwise don't even bother, you probably wouldn't understand it :)

  BTW, you should test with CVS code first, as suggested in my first answer.
