Package: qa.debian.org I read on http://packages.qa.debian.org/f/flashplugin-nonfree.html "The BTS contains patches fixing 1 bug, consider including or untagging it" (indirectly) linking to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=687306 . Bug 687306 does have a patch, but is currently blocked by bug 685992. In my opinion, the PTS should not suggest this for blocked bugs.
