Same error as with CREATE LANGUAGE on Wheezy's PostgreSQL. Maybe the VERSION mentionned in [1] can be used as well for install-admin. If not, would an entry in the release notes be enough? A NEWS entry would be useless as it wouldn't give a way to cancel the installation.
