I made a new version (0.3.1-2) of the package currently in Wheezy that also patches two other bugs identified upstream: https://bugs.launchpad.net/qpdfview/+bug/1024227 https://bugs.launchpad.net/qpdfview/+bug/1133257 I think that none of these bugs justifies a freeze exception, but I will send the new package to the sponsor of the qpdfview package so the updated package is included into wheezy-updates if and when possible. As Adam mentioned, this bug will be fixed in releases after 0.4.1 and the fix will eventually trickle to unstable. I hope this solution is satisfactory.
