Closing. There has been no helpful response from the requestor or maintainers since November, despite intrigeri's prompts. I can find no bug that would be justification for an unblock, just this vague mention of the Cangjie Chinese input method being unusable. The proposed debian/changelog merely has "new upstream release", twice.
