Package: apt-cacher-ng
Version: 0.7.12-1
Severity: wishlist

Hi! I would like to know the possibility of adding an avahi service
publishing file like described in [0].

I tested it both at work and at home an turned out to be an excellent
solution for those of us who have a laptop and update it/build packages
in multiple networks.

*Maybe* it could be worth adding a package like apt-cacher-ng-avahi
that provides this file and depends on avahi-daemon, or simply
shipping the file and recommending avahi-daemon.

I know there is still a part missing from the client side to make
this work and I'm already working on it.

Thanks in advance for considering this change.

Kinds regards, Lisandro.
