The actual issue in the original report is: proftpd[2757]: Fatal: LoadModule: error loading module 'mod_vroot.c': Operation not permitted on line 74 of '/etc/proftpd/modules.conf' failed! mod_vroot used to be in proftpd-basic in squeeze, it's moved to a separate package in wheezy.
