* What led up to the situation?
I was following the README and
/usr/share/doc/pmacct/sql/pmacct-create-table_v7.pgsql
throws an error that it cannot create the database table.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I tried creating the table manually.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Didn't work, it appears there is a problem with the table create statement.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected it to create the table.
