your log does only show the main process and the segfault is shurly happen in one of the started threads so you have to catch them to while you make a backtrace. For debugging the Icedove wiki page [1] has some useful infos on that. The bug itself isn't fixed with a "clean" profile of course, Icedove and Thunderbird too should die if something in the config isn't correct. So it would be good to open up a bug on the Mozilla bugtracker with the prefs.js which produces these segfaults, so if you can provide this to Mozilla this would be helpfull.
