Package: calligrawords Version: 1:2.4.4-3 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Calligra Words is not able to produce encrypted documents; Words reports that encryption is disabled. I expect this is intentional but I thought I'd report it anyway, just in case. Steps to reproduce: ------------------ 1) Launch Words from a terminal and create a blank document. 2) Save the document as an encrypted ODT (File > Save As... > File Type: ODT (encrypted)) Outcome: -------- 1) Error message produced by Words: "Could not save /home/richard/Documents/Blah.odt Reason: Could not create the file for saving" 2) Check terminal output: words(3984)/koffice (lib store) KoEncryptionChecker::isEncryptionSupported: QCA is enabled but sha1, pbkdf2(sha1) or blowfish-cfb are not supported. Encryption is disabled. Expected outcome: ----------------- That the document would save without an error. Additional info: --------------- 1) I've manually loaded the kernel modules shown in the console error message and then retried to create the encrypted document but this made no difference. 2) System is an up-to-date, stock Wheezy/testing system; no custom or proprietary packages are installed. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages calligrawords depends on: ii calligra-libs 1:2.4.4-3 ii calligrawords-data 1:2.4.4-3 ii kde-runtime 4:4.8.4-2 ii libc6 2.13-38 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libkdecore5 4:4.8.4-4 ii libkdeui5 4:4.8.4-4 ii libkio5 4:4.8.4-4 ii libkparts4 4:4.8.4-4 ii libqt4-qt3support 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqt4-xml 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqt4-xmlpatterns 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqtcore4 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqtgui4 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libstdc++6 4.7.2-5 ii libwpd-0.9-9 0.9.4-3 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.7.dfsg-13 calligrawords recommends no packages.
