Package: xdg-utils
Version: 1.1.0~rc1+git20111210-6
Severity: normal

Dear xdg-utils - maintainer,

when asked to open file:-URLs, xdg-open does not find the
iceweasel browser that is installed and named thís user's
prefered browser on this xfce4 system.

What do I do?

    LANG=C xdg-open "file://`find /usr/share/doc -name \*.html | head -1`"

Expected outcome: The browser opens at some local html file.

Outcome seen: A popup comes up, saying

    Failed to open URI "file:///....html".
    Failed to execute child process "/usr/lib/firefox/firefox"
    (No such file or directory).

Regards, and thank you for providing fine software
