Maybe you need firmware-realtek [non-free]?

If this does not help, this r8169 issue looks like a bug that should be
investigated by the Debian kernel maintainers - looks like a regression
in wheezy if it was working in squeeze.
Please file a new bug against the kernel *without* r8168 installed.
