Package: e2fsprogs Version: 1.42.5-1.1 Severity: normal Apparently there is a problem with exclusive lock during invocation of `fsck.ext4` during boot if root file system is on ext4 with external journal, even if external journal device is persistent (so this issue is _not_ a duplicate of #707029).
I don't have all the details (i.e. error message) yet but according to

It's just that we don't have it in Debian yet.
