Hello and thanks for your report. Please help me to debug the problem by
answering the following questions:

What file manager do you use? PcmanFM, Thunar, Nautilus or something else?

What archive format do you use? gz, bz2, zip, 7z ?

Do you have the same problems if you extract the archive or create an
archive with your files or does it only happen when you use drag&drop?

I'd be glad if you could attach your archive to this bug report thus i
can reproduce the error. A small test archive with a single file is
sufficient.
