* What led up to the situation?
a few hour up after startup
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
play music or video
* What was the outcome of this action?
freezes all PC (on Gnome, Kde, ), just i can move the mouse,
and some times the cursor freezes too.
this problem they be come on last 2 months approx

this problem are solved with :
a) private drivers of nVidia (this is my case)
b) Kernel Linux 3.9 (this is my friend case, they have intel graphic chip)
i owe the driver nouveau version, they are on my work,
if you need repeat the bug,
tell me i can uninstall the proprietary driver and install nouveau, if you
need more data, pleas contact to me
