Few init script changes required: in do_start - there is no --test argument.
not sure why --make-pidfile is there, lsyncd creates its own pid file (but still doesn't remove it - (https://github.com/axkibe/lsyncd/issues/196) Hope pages and doco should refer to github and its wiki as it seems the code.google.com is out of date in some aspects.
