When VF information was made an optional part of the RTNL_GETLINK
response, the extension flags to request it (IFLA_EXT_MASK) were
passed in the wrong place (overlapping struct ifinfomsg).
Unfortunately this wasn't spotted immediately because the kernel code
was also incorrect.

The kernel side has just been fixed (commit 88c5b5ce5cb5 in 3.9, then
in 3.2.45, 3.8.11 and other stable updates). The iproute fix will
also require a stable update in Debian.

The upstream fix in iproute2 is commit 63338dca4513 'libnetlink: Use
ifinfomsg instead of rtgenmsg in rtnl_wilddump_req_filter'.

Ben.
