Thanks for that patch, I modified it a bit to make it work. Also added a patch for Graphite2 support, and forwarded both patches to upstream [1] [2]. The package is ready in Git now. For now I've only enabled ICU. Graphite2 will have to wait till it is buildable on armel & sparc archs.
