i've seen this error during experimentation too, but only as long as pre-1.53 lines were around too (ie. only when i used the pre-1.53 cgal library, whose -dev package pulls in old libboost-someting1.49-dev packages, together with equivs to satisfy dependencies). now that the only development headers i have installed are 1.53, things work. could you verify that no old libraries are present? if it still shows up, please give me a list of the packages installed on your system, so i can try to reproduce it. best regards chrysn -- To use raw power is to make yourself infinitely vulnerable to greater powers. -- Bene Gesserit axiom
