Thanks for your bug report! Since providing seamless postgresql integration via dbconfig-common proved harder then expected and my patience and interest has run out since a long time, future versions will likely drop the -pgsql version of the package. The "bandwidthd" version will instead be built with postgresql support (and depend on pgsql client library) but no other configuration then using bandwidthd "static" will be shipped. Letting those who want to store their sensor information in postgresql set this up manually.
