Bug#328726: mysql-server-4.1: Database-specific privileges do not handle longer usernames

Hi,

This occurs when 4.0 is upgraded to 4.1 and the charset is set to for
example UTF-8 I think.
The field length changes from 16 / 1 to 16 / 3 (bytes/char).
