please remove libapache2-mod-auth-pam. It is orphaned (#660221) and dead upstream [1]. Note this package has a notable user base, but in lack of upstream and a maintainer, there is not much we could do since it needs a substantial porting because the authentication api changed notably i Apache 2.4. The package blocks a completion of the Apache 2 transition and is thus RC buggy, and not usable anymore in Sid.
