Sure, but at the same time, the dialog itself tells you to configure it (Click Configure icon to manage themes) and once you downloaded a theme using the knewstuff, it just works. That it doesn't work _by_default_ is a bug, granted, but not grave in my reading, hereby downgrading to important. Cheers, OdyX P.S.
