Actually, libcgi-fast-perl is a Perl CPAN lib to be inside a fastcgi container. So it is needed for any httpd. I recommend to have it as a Depends, as it should not depend on other packages, and that enables to switch to CGI without installing more packages (for munin). An elegant possibility is the way EPEL did it : via a dedicated munin-cgi package, that has the correct deps for CGI. Steve
