Package: file-roller Version: 3.4.2-1
Dear Debian community, I am sending this mail because reportbug does not seem to work fine. I am using Debian 7.0, and I have the following problem. When I drag a file from file-roller to pcmanfm (because I want to extract it), file roller freezed the whole LXDE interface. To recove, I need to login on another terminal, kill file-roller. Please, have a look at my video: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x10b2iz_file-roller-dragging-files-from-file-roller-to-pcmanfm-makes-lxde-freeze_tech?search_algo=2#.UbGJgUNZnmQ I had this bug on all my systems, with 32 and 64 bit version. The worst case is when my Debian is on a virtual machine (VirtualBox). -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-486 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages file-roller depends on: ii bzip2 1.0.6-4 ii dconf-gsettings-backend [gsettings-backend] 0.12.1-3 ii libc6 2.13-38 ii libcairo2 1.12.2-3 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.26.1-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.33.12+really2.32.4-5 ii libgtk-3-0 3.4.2-6 ii libmagic1 5.11-2 ii libnautilus-extension1a 3.4.2-1+build1 ii libpango1.0-0 1.30.0-1 ii nautilus-data 3.4.2-1+build1 ii p7zip-full 9.20.1~dfsg.1-4 Versions of packages file-roller recommends: ii gnome-icon-theme 3.4.0-2 ii gvfs 1.12.3-4 Versions of packages file-roller suggests: ii arj 3.10.22-10 ii binutils 2.22-8 ii cpio 2.11+dfsg-0.1 pn lha <none> pn lzip <none> pn lzop <none> pn ncompress <none> ii rpm2cpio 4.10.0-5+deb7u1 pn rzip <none> pn sharutils <none> pn unace <none> pn unalz <none> ii unrar 1:4.1.4-1 ii unzip 6.0-8 ii xz-utils [lzma] 5.1.1alpha+20120614-2 ii zip 3.0-6 pn zoo <none> Regards, -- Federico MATTA ****************************** ********************************** Cell phone: +33 6 51 06 84 93 Skype: federico.matta ****************************************************************
