Package: mysql-server-5.5 Version: 5.5.31+dfsg-0+wheezy1 Severity: normal Hi,
after upgrading my squeeze server to wheezy, mysqld fails to start due to a segfault, stacktrace follows. The problem is with the libnss-mysql-bg package, with mysql enabled in the /etc/nsswitch.conf mysqld refuses to start. I don't understand why, but this problem only affects my slave, the master (for tests also upgraded to wheezy) works without problems. I tried to completely reinstall the mysql server, also removing all configuration and database files, without any improvements. Regards, Simon -- Stacktrace: Thread pointer: 0x0 Attempting backtrace.
