Package: quodlibet

Hi.
A new version of quodlibet is available on their repository and it
would be super nice to have it in Debian.
In fact, there are *two* versions that were released: 2.6 (which is the last
one that uses PyGTK) and 3.0 (which uses PyGObject, GTK+3, gstreamer 1.0).
