Hi Michael, Sorry for the late reply, but seems you sent the logs just to me and removed the bug address from the response. Please don't do that, it makes tracking bugs harder. As I'm not sure which address are you using now I've added both, apologies in advance for the duplicates.

I've been reading the first logs but didn't found any reason for losing
the plugins, as seems claws-mail shuts down cleanly, and they are simply
not loaded in the second. This may indicate the cause it's external to
claws-mail.
Nevertheless, the mention of multiple instances is a bit weird, as that
should not happen. There have been changed related to this since version
3.7.9, so, have you been able to reproduce this bug with versions newer
than the one you reported?
