The new gpgme1.0 Build-Depends on dirmngr, there is no mention in the changelog of why that was added. Grepping through the source, and a test build with debdiff of the buidl results, suggest that the Build-Depends is not needed. It would be nice if it could be dropped (dirmngr is in universe in Ubuntu so we need to carry a diff for that, which is the only diff between the distributions at the moment)
