Oops sorry for the mistake: forgot to revert at the default before 
reportbug..when the problem was discovered I've used a local and NOT in - sync 
mirror
Let me to confirm you that the 1.42-2+b1 from "wheezy" amd64 and also 2.3.1 on 
"sid" 32-bit kvm-qemu raise the bug.

Wa already in use, but the addresses range from the CSV should be converted 
into CIDR before using them within an hash:net set, that seems the only that 
can be used, if I'm not miss something. 
Not a so big deal, but the double step is needed and geoip solved the problem 
one shot until now :)
