I didn't think there was any other data export than the Sources files,
so yes I think that bug can be closed now.

I'm CC:ing paultag and David Lu, who I'm working with this GSoC, on
metrics around mentorship, first within Debian, and second across other
projects. I doubt they have time to address the two bugs you mentioned,
but I thought they'd be interested to hear about this.
