I suspect you are affected by issue described in SIPE FAQ[1]. From the log I 
see you are
using NTLM authentication and your Single Sign-On is enabled. This 
configuration is not
supported and you have to disable SSO flag in the Advanced tab of the account 
settings.

Older versions of SIPE wrongly enabled this flag by default for new accounts 
but it had no
effect on the authentication process. Now the flag is taken into account and 
prevents you
from logging in.
