There are plans to make that possible eventually, but it won't come any time soon. The reason is that a wrapper for Debian's libc has to be handcrafted for the standard universe to work. I agree that adding this information to the README is useful. What about adding. "At this point Condor's standard universe is not supported by this package. However, checkpoint/migration of vanilla Condor jobs is available via DMTCP integration." at the top of the existing section on snapshoting? Michael
