In wheezy it seems that the initscript is copying
smtp_tls_CA{path,file} but not the smtpd_* counter part.
I've open these bugs a bit more than 3years ago and I'm not sure about
the full rational behind.
I think that smtpd_tls_CA{path,file} are used in case you are trying to
do SSL client authentication.
