The latest versions of icedove doesn't have the debconf capability to
define what browser integration is wanted.
This problem is related to the leak of functionality "dpkg-reconfigure
icedove"
On fresh wheezy installation icedove is unable to open any http(s) link
contained in a message.
On an older (but upgraded) installation (where icedove installed since
2006) links work as expected.
