I've upgraded python to version 2.7.5 - no change, but running reportbug with LANG=C helps, no exception was thrown and I was able to complete my bug report on libvirt-bin -- Sebastian Podjasek -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
