that's not correct. ;) This settings are "hidden" in the menu "Preferences -> Advanced -> Tab 'General' -> Config Editor". Say "yes, I will be carefull" in the next popup window and then filter the config itmes for 'network.protocol-handler.app'. There you see the entries you want/have to change.
