The description of these two packages says: Bumblebee users have their primary display driven by their integrated Intel GPU, and thus require mesa's libGL (not nvidia's) for 3d acceleration on their primary display. AFAICT, this "intentional" change just broke bumblebee for users with the latest set of glx-alternatives packages from experimental. Looks like I'll have to add an explicit dependency on libgl1-mesa-glx for bumblebee.
