it seems, that the bugs #645880, <mailto:645...@bugs.debian.org>620800
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=620800> are
reintroduced with 0.2.0-8.1

The message is the same and the system starts with the error

Cannot open '/var/run/rpcbind/rpcbind.xdr
