Package: fake-hwclock Version: 0.5 Currently the package writes its data to /etc/fake-hwclock.data. In a read-only root scenario, as might be desired for Raspberry Pi, this is less than ideal:
https://wiki.debian.org/ReadonlyRoot Based on the man page it looks like the easy fix for this is to add something like this to /etc/default/fake-hwclock: FILE=/var/fake-hwclock.data Please consider this as default package behavior. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
