If you look closely, network-manager-gnome does neither depend nor recommend brasero. If you can specify explicitly, which dependency you deem incorrect, then this bug report would be more helpful. That said, there is already #714803 and #717334, so I'm temptd to close/merge your bug, unless you can provide more information about an actual unique "bug" in the nm-applet package.
