control: retitle 701844 Optional Microsoft Exchange Server 2003: IMAPS support

The originally proposed patch applied in 4.40.3-1 was reverted in
4.40.3-3 upon clear indication of problem pointed out by the upstream.

  See http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=701844#30

The only condition I can accept this type of patch (in spite of the
strong concern from upstream) is to make this behavior to be an optional
feature enabled via an extra starting command line option. It is even
more desirable if this option can ialso be set via the configuration
file too. Something along using unused options such as:

 -m
 --ms-exchange

If you still insist and if you promise me to help when upstream is
unhappy with the Debian patch, I will consider this patch approach.
(Upstream dislike distribution shipping different sources. See recent
upstream ML and my recent effort to minimize them in 4.41.0-2.)

Regards,

Osamu
