Saying this is "the 35 PostScript Language Level 2 Base Fonts" is incorrect: Only the original Adobe set is _the_ base fonts, this is merely a metrics-compatible alternative set of fonts. Makes little sense to both mention the fonts being type 1 fonts, and that they are compatible with type one mainupation tools. Also makes little sense to call it Ghostscript compatible: Generally Ghostscript only requires fonts to be usable with Freetype (most commonly thourhg registred with fontconfig), and specifically the need for a base35 font set is a requirement of the Postscript language, not of Ghostscript specifically. Also makes little sense to emphasize Ghostscript compatibility: Ghostscript generally accepts any fonts usable with Freetype, and the specific contraints of the "base 35" set is tied to the Postscript language, thus applying to *any* interpreter (not only Ghostscript). I suggest these description fields: Description: font set compatible with Postscript level 2 Base Fonts A commercial-quality set of PostScript Type 1 fonts, metrics-compatible with the 35 PostScript Language Level 2 Base Fonts. . Each font includes .pfb (outlines), .afm (metrics), and .pfm (Windows printer metrics) files. - Jonas -- * Jonas Smedegaard - idealist & Internet-arkitekt * Tlf.: +45 40843136 Website: http://dr.jones.dk/ [x] quote me freely [ ] ask before reusing [ ] keep private
