This has been uploaded and the only remaining build problems are on hurd and s390x. The s390x failure is a failing test due to the + in the directory name (which doesn't happen with newer sbuild versions), so I'm doing a manual build to get that uploaded. This test is also getting fixed upstream. The only remaining failure is on hurd. Since that's not a release architecture, I'm lowering the severity.
